Within a short walk of the village of La Celada where you can be in the shop in minutes for your bread and all normal food needs. There is also a small Spanish bar. The villa is also close to the small towns of Iznajar and Rute with a wider selection of shops and amenities.
The location is ideal for rural activities or simply relaxing by the pool. We can arrange pamper days or beauty treatments and reflexology at your property, quad biking tours, horse riding, and skiing. From your front door there are several breathtaking walks with far reaching views over Iznájar and the surrounding exquisite countryside.

The house is beautifully furnished to a lovely rustic finish in an idyllic setting. The owners are Spanish speakers who have English speaking friends who will happily help if language is a problem!
The location is extremely private accessed via a safe track leading you away from other houses and has secure gates. The lovely pool is also gated off making the property extremely safe for a family with small children.
One of the bedrooms is effectively a private studio flat accessed via a separate external staircase - perfect for teenagers or parents wishing to have a little more privacy. This room has the sofa bed and a double bed can equally be used as an extra living space. En suite bathroom.
Please note that the sleeps max is 10 but 2 more people can sleep on the sofabed without extra charge.
Wood is provided for the barbecue and interior log fires.
The pool is lovely and the sun does an excellent job in maintaining a lovely temperature during the hot summer months.

In its own grounds with a lockable gate leading to a fabulous pool where you can laze in the sun while taking in the view across the lake.

Price, Terms & Payment:
Low Season Price : €600
High Season Price : €1100 per Week
Can be rented for 3nights at €120 for either weekday or weekend in the low season, ie Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights.
25% non-returnable deposit of the total booking fee is required to confirm your reservaton.
Payment is made by simple bank transfer - details sent on application. Final payment is made 8 weeks before commencement of holiday.
A 100€ refundable security deposit against damage or breakages must be added to the final amount.
Daily cleaning can be arranged at a cost of €8 per hour - the cleaners are Spanish.
