Surrounded by olive trees and rolling hills this traditional Andalucian farmhouse has been lovingly restored into a comfortable family home with 4 bedrooms, kitchen/dining room with open fire, lounge, open courtyard, covered terrace with dining table, beautiful gardens with fruit trees including fig, almond, walnut and lemon and a large swimming pool. Around 50 minutes drive from Malaga Airport, one hour from Granada, and less than two hours from both Seville and Cordoba. Antequerra is less than 30 minutes away and Archidona less than 20 minutes.

The local village of Iznajar is nearby (10 minutes). Its unspoilt, traditional

white walled, red roofed village with its castle dating from the 8th century,

and church from the 16th century, it has spectacular views over a 32 km long lake with its own sandy beach.   The house has four bedrooms - one master with en suite, 2 double rooms and one single room. All bedrooms have cupboards or wardrobes.

The sitting room has a sofa and armchairs, satellite TV with some English

channels, DVD and PlayStation along with a good

library of books, films, music, local literature and maps. There are

additionally games and childrens toys and books.

The kitchen/dining room is fully equipped and there is a dishwasher.

There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The large bathroom has a full suite including bathtub and shower over.

The pool measures 11 x 5 meters. Outside the main house there is a further covered terrace with garden furniture and a gas BBQ.
