An ideal compact finca on one level, just a few kilometres from the picturesque white hill-top town of Iznajar for those who want a really comfortable self-contained holiday home situated in the countryside, plus a lovely swimming pool to cool off in during the summer months.

Within walking distance of the village shop and bar directly up the garden path through the olive groves.

Well situated for local walks, and well placed for sightseeing as within easy reach of the main routes to Granada, Cordoba and Seville.

Very well appointed and newly refurbished by the Spanish owners to a very high standard while keeping all the traditional Spanish aspects you would expect.  We were knocked out with this lovely little finca.  The front door leads directly into the lounge/diner with fabulous large woodburner for the cold winter evenings, with a vent situated in the chimney breast for further warmth.  There's a sofa/bed and a couple of arm chairs, plus Spanish television.  A good sized table with 4 dining chairs.  Immediately to the right of the front door is a small room housing the washing machine.  To the furthest end of the main lounge is the kitchenette through a lovely well designed small archway.  The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you would want in a modern kitchen.  To the right of the lounge/diner is the door leading into the master double bedroom and air vent to allow the warm air in from the chimney. The modern well designed en suite bathroom is to the side.

There is a small terrace outside the front door with table and chairs to relax around at the end of the day or where you can eat all your meals al fresco. Up a couple of steps there is an area with the built in BBQ and an amusing quirky water feature and plenty of room to sunbathe. You can park the car in the shade of the trees just beyond next to the path that leads up to the middle part of the actual village itself with shop and bar. The finca is not overlooked at all.

As the finca is situated to the rear of the main house total privacy is enjoyed. The lovely 8m x 4m pool can be found in the front of the main farm house and the owners do respect your privacy for usage.

A long cemented driveway leads to the property, well off the country road. As the main house is a farm, and I can confirm it is very clean and tidy, you can expect to see dogs, chickens and pigs,however as the finca is well to the rear you are well away from any noise or farmyard smells. The owners are a delightful Spanish couple who will give you a very warm welcome.
