We have the best of both worlds - its very quiet where we are located, although the local village (10mins walk) has lots of shops, bars and restaurants. The views are stunning and there are lots of walks, bird watching and horse riding activities. Part of the year you can also swim in the river.

Jimena is a bustling large village which is crowned by a ruined moorish castle. There are 2 playgrounds for young children and numerous of bars and cafes. The central square is an excellent place for people watching in the early evening.

This property can also be rented with our property no 51, both are completely self-contained but at the same time can be linked making a fantastic holiday home for families and friends to be together and yet apart.

This property used to manufacture cannon balls for the Siege of Gibraltar but is now a beautiful home. Situated on the banks of the river Hozgarganta, with stunning views of the Alcornocales National Park it is rural, yet only 10 minutes walk into the pretty white village of Jimena de la Frontera. Although only a 30 minute drive from the Costa del Sol, Jimena is a traditional working 'pueblos blancos' where you can discover the 'real' Spain.
