This cottage is set among olive groves in Iznajar at the centre of Andalucia. The accommodation is very light and airy, an ideal family holiday home with one double and one twin bedroom in a tranquil and very peaceful location.  All guests have exclusive use of the pool and terraces.

• Bedroom 2 with twin beds.

• Both bedrooms have electric panel heaters for Winter and ceiling fans for Summer.


• Shower room with shower, wc and wash basin, electric panel heater.


• Kitchen diner - gas cooker, fridge, microwave, fully equipped with cutlery, dishes, glasses etc. Table and chairs.


• Lounge has large wood burner for the Winter, which would be kept alight by owners if wanted, 1 three seater and 1 two seater sofa, UK television and DVD. 


• Towels and linen are included which are changed once a week along with a maid service once a week. No beach towels are provided.


• Outside utility room available for use by guests with washing machine and freezer.


• Further poolside en-suite bedroom with three quarter sized bed available if required for an extra £50.00 per week.

The owners live on site and are extremely thoughtful of your privacy, they have their own patio - they also have pets. 3 cats and 1 small, firendly dog.

Outside

The pool is an above ground model, 4 metres round 1.20 deep, set on a terrace where there are sun beds with table and chairs for outside eating. There is a brick built BBQ, and the terrace is exclusively for guests. There are a further two courtyards with seating.

It is 35 mins from Granada airport and approx 1 hour from Malaga airport. Granada is 1 hour, Cordoba 1.5 hours, Sevilla 2 hours, Beaches 1.20 hours Skiing 1.30 hours.
