Terms & Booking Procedures

To confirm your holiday we require a deposit of 25% of the total holiday cost.  If your holiday commences in less than 8 weeks, the full payment will be due when you book.  Once we have received your deposit, we will notify you immediately with confirmation of your booking and when the balance is due, along with clear directions and relevant information for your holiday.

Outstanding balances are due 8 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday.  If a holiday is cancelled within 8 weeks of the commencement date of the holiday a charge of £200 will be forfeited from the holiday cost.

Please note that we strongly recommend that all members of the holiday party obtain appropriate travel and personal insurance cover.


How to make payments

Payment details will be sent by return, once the initial holiday request is made.

Holiday Arrival/Departure Information

Normally the "Start Date" of your holiday will be on a Saturday, please ask if you wish to start and finish your holiday on different days, this may be possible.

Prior to arrival it would help if you could inform us of your estimated arrival time, this will enable us to arrange for someone to greet you with the keys. (If during your journey to Spain you are delayed, please try to let us know).

To allow us sufficient time to properly clean and prepare each property, we ask that you arrive as near to 4.00pm as possible and depart before 10.00am. Please let us know if this is going to present problems, we can sometimes make other arrangements.

The guests are responsible for the property occupied and are expected to take reasonable care of it and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition.


Holiday Property Information

Gas/Electric/Water are all included in the rental price unless stated otherwise.  Heating will vary from property to property, so please clarify if you will require heating as in some cases wood fires are all that is available and prior orders for wood will be required.

Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided please bring your own towels for the pool and beach.

Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons (including children) occupy the property, except by prior written agreement with us. Where a property indicates 6/8 this means that it sleeps six people comfortably but it is possible to sleep another two people using sofa-beds or supplementary beds.  Failure to observe this condition is deemed to constitute a cancellation of the booking by the client and we reserve the right to refuse admittance or terminate the booking.

A travel cot and highchair can be provided.

Prior arrangements must be made if pets are required to accompany you, this is left entirely at the Owners discretion.

We ask that you inform us of any breakages or problems of any kind promptly, a full list of contact details will be left in each property. Any damages are the responsibility of the guests and you are kindly requested to replace breakages prior to departure.

Some of our properties require a security deposit of approximately £200.00.  This deposit will be refunded, (providing there are no breakages or damage) two weeks after your departure.  Details of the required security deposit can be found on the Property Listing Page under the Price, Terms and Payment section.

We do not wish to have dissatisfied customers but in the event that you are not entirely satisfied with the holiday accommodation you should contact us immediately. This will give us an opportunity to put matters right during your stay. If the problem cannot be resolved during the holiday period, the guest should contact us in writing within 14 days of returning from holiday and we will do our best to resolve the matter.

We cannot be held liable to accept responsibility for death, bodily injury or illness on holiday unless it is proved that it is due to negligence on our part and brought to our attention in writing within one month of your return from holiday.
