We have tried to develop a website that offers great functionality and ease of use, we have provided good quality images, property summaries and full descriptions so that you are confident the villa you book will be as described.

With so many properties available we have provided you with the following steps to ensure you find the right property in the right location as easily as possible. For those non internet 'savvy' users, simply call or email us and we can talk you through the most suitable properties.

1.  Quick Search Function

On the left hand side you will see a simple search function, simply use the drop down lists and tick boxes to filter your search and then click submit.  You can filter by location, size of property, and dates.

2.  Advanced Search Function

If you know what type of villa or apartment you require or have an essential feature then the advanced search is for you.  Simply tell the search system exactly what you are looking for using the form and it will display only the applicable properties.

The advanced search will also allow you to search by price within a given date range filtering out properties that for this year at least are outside the budget!

3.  Call us!

We know it's old fashioned, but we do find it easier to talk through our villas over the phone.  This way we can get a real feel for what you are looking for which ensures we point you in the right direction either directly on the website or by sending you our recommendations straight to your email inbox.

5.  Live Chat

We have now introduced live chat, this is a great way of quickly getting extra information about a locatin or property, without committing yourself to anything. Simple click the chat button as seen on the left and provide your name and ask us any question you may have.

What to do when you find the perfect property?

We have developed the website so that you can enquire about multiple properties, each property has an availability tab, from here you can quickly check if available for your required dates, if you have a question simply fill out the form, call us or use our online chat facility.

If you wish to proceed to book the villa click the book now tab, here you will be requested for some compulsory information, we will then check that the villa is 100% available and if so ask you to complete and submit our Booking Form.

We will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours, however if you need an urgent response please call our office number 0044 (0)703 1803867 and if outside office hours please leave a message.

We require a 25% deposit to confirm the booking with the balance payable 10 weeks prior to departure.

You can call us at anytime to confirm availability, best price or to ask a question about your chosen villa and we promise that we will never pressure you into booking one of our villas!

On Arrival

As our properties are legally registered with the Andalucian Tourist Board you will probably be asked upon arrival for your Passport details.  Don't be alarmed by this, it is purely a requirement from the Guardia Civil (Police) so they know who's in the area.
