The apartment is just three years old and is two bedroom, two bathroom (one en suite) and it is fully equipped with full hot/cold air conditioning, a full kitchen (includes oven/hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave oven).

The lounge/diner is equipped with a DVD player and SKY TV, and there is a selection of games, DVD's and books for use while you are on holiday.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and there is a lift.  The balcony overlooks the gardens which feature two pools, one for the adults and a smaller one for young children. There are also communal changing rooms for use when bathing.

The apartment also has lift access direct from a secure, underground car park.

Alboran Hills (aka Manilva Beach) is a gated urbanization located on Manilva Costa just 45 minutes from Malaga Airport and 20 minutes from Gibraltar.

It is situated just 400 metres from the beach on which are located two "chiringuitos" (beach bars).

The urbanization is also within easy access to a main road with a regular bus service along the coast and to Gibraltar, so everything you could want is within easy access.

Just a five minute drive away is the busy marina of Puerto La Duquesa where you will find an abundance of bars and restaurants to suit every taste and budget.

A further five minutes away is the town of Sabinillas which, although modern, retains an old world Spanish charm. In the town there are many shops, bars and restaurants so you will have plenty of things to do.

For the golfer there is La Duquesa Golf Course just two minutes away plus no less than ten other courses within twenty minutes. These include Finca Cortesin and Valderrama, both European Tour event venues.  There are around 70 golf courses on what has become known as the "Costa del Golf", which can be played all year round.

If golf is not for you there are a whole range of other activities available such as sailing, scuba diving, horse riding, dolphin safaris, etc. The list is endless.

Away from the coast there are numerous excursions into the real Spain with the cities of Ronda, Seville, Cordoba and Granada all accessible for day tours. For the more adventurous you can also take a 15km trip across the Straits of Gibraltar to visit Tangier in Morocco.

Situated on the western side of the Costa this apartment offers the holiday maker an ideal location from where to enjoy exploring the coast or just sitting back, relaxing and enjoying Spains celebrated weather.
