This amazing property is a 9 bedroomed restored olive mill that is rented out to groups of between 10 and 24.  Rental of just 5 rooms ensures exclusive use of all facilities.  Each bedroom has an ensuite shower room and all rooms have underfloor heating.  All the rooms are beautifully decorated and have been furnished with lovely pieces of furniture from Morocco and India.  There is a 9m x 5m pool and the gardens and pool are surrounded by a high stone wall giving the cortijo a great sense of privacy and tranquility.  The cortijo is surrounded by olive trees and mountains yet is only 5 minutes from the stunning mountain top village of Iznajar and just an hour from Granada, Malaga and Cordoba and just 1.5 hours from Seville.

This cortijo provides an ideal base for discovering inland Andalucia and the coast, and also the perfect venue for just getting away from it all and relaxing in the sun.

All heating and hot water are heated using a state of the art carbon neutral boiler and all grey water is purified and reused in cisterns and watering of the outside gardens

The gardens all have ramps to aid with wheelchair access and there is a groundfloor suite that has been designed with wheelchair access in mind.

There is a beautiful 9mx5m pool that is just 1.2m deep making it great for children. There are also 2 gardens and an outside bbq.  All outdoor furniture is provided,
The whole of the cortijo, its pool and gardens are surrounded by a high stone wall for your privacy.

 

There are 3 suites with plenty of space for sofa beds and child cots, 4 double bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. There is also a first floor lounge that may be converted into a 10th bedroom.
Each bedroom has an ensuite shower or bath room and all ensuites have underfloor heating.
There are 4 kitchen/dining rooms. Each is equipped with hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine.
There is a large 70m2 living room that can be used as a large dining room or as a games room.
Also for rent for special occasions is a 140m2 hall that is perfect for parties and weddings.
Towels and linen is included. daily cleaning service is available on request.

Following submission of this form we shall confirm the dates are available and answer any queries you may have.

To reserve the holiday home we require a 25% non-refundable deposit payment which can be paid via online bank transfer, cheque or Paypal (charges may apply).

The balance is due ten weeks prior to arrival, and upon payment you will receive full directions and information.
