For the ultimate in convenience and flexibility, this apartment offers self catering facilities.



The kitchen area has a full sized gas cooker. There is a kettle for your morning tea or coffee. The kitchen has a medium sized fridge for the more perishable foods and drinks. There is sufficient china and cutlery to complete the amply supplied kitchen for your holiday stay.



The apartment has an "alfresco dining " area consisting of a table and four chairs.



We also have plastic drinking glasses for use by the pool.



Lastly, we pre-stock "your Kitchen" with a Welcome Pack of tasty comestibles for your arrival includes breakfast cereal, tea, coffee, milk and sugar



We have a good sized pool 32 x 13 feet (10X4 metre) so the more energetic guest can get their early morning swim in before the more relaxed guests rise in the morning. The pool is for the exclusive use of our guests whilst you are with us, but please bring your own pool and or beach towels.



The apartment is centrally heated for the comfort of our off peak (winter) guests.



A travel cot and high chair are available at no charge for those families with a baby or very young child. 



The apartments front door is accessable directly from the pool area, this door leads into the kitchen/diner/lounge area, opposite this there is a double door giving access to the terrace giving terrific views over the lake towards Ventorros De Balerma. Ideal for alfresco dining or somewhere to read or just to take in the views. 

The apartment has one double bedroom plus a double sofa bed in the living room and can sleep up to 4 adults, for no extra cost !
